Data Protection Act 1998
A code due to be published shortly will suggest that job applicants be given the right to have interview notes about them disclosed, whether or not they get the job. The revised code will cover all notes that are made at the interview, even if scribbled in the margin of a CV or e-mails about the qualities of the applicant.
